I agree with BigMob. At the end of the day, it’s a good win against a #17 team and reigning ACC Champ. But this also isn’t Pitt with Pickett, Krull, or Taysir Mack… However, the VOLS have some MAJOR issues. OLine can’t block, zero run game, gaping holes in the secondary (especially Burrell), Hooker isn’t showing the same accuracy… I could go on. No way we stack up against Florida or Kentucky in the trenches. As of right now, based on what I’ve seen through 2 weeks, I’d say…

Just FYI, West Virginia, the team that would have beaten Pitt last week were it not for a dropped pass turned interception, lost to Kansas in overtime this week. So congrats Tennessee, you're on par with Kansas. Is that good enough for #2 in the SEC? Well, it wasn't exactly a great week for the SEC.

I don’t know how much I’d even glean from yesterday. Looking across all the games, it was just a super strange weekend for college football. Upsets galore, sloppy play from several “top” teams, shootouts that shouldn’t have been… I jokingly said “the full moon,” was the reason, but IDK, it seems like there was something in the air yesterday.
