Am I the only one that doesn't even bother with these 2 terrible weeks? I guess maybe if you get off on watching your team manhandle a clearly overmatched opponent. Then you always get those delusional homer fans thinking "OHMG CHAMPIONSHIP BEAT SOUTHERN EASTERN MICHIGAN JR VARSITY 196-2" "FIVE HUNDERD FITY 6 RUSHIN YERDS ERMGH UNSTOPPABLE"

Edit: Yes there are 1 or 2 games worth watching for these 2 weeks. It still sucks though.

So you wait 9 months for football...then wait two more weeks?

I actually enjoyed watching our young players get some playing time. I look at it like a preseason game. If we had a team of veterans it would be boring but this year we need this.

Yes. Yes I do.

I don't watch these weeks of football just like I don't enjoy watching Lions run rampant over a bunch of innocent zebras on animal planet.

Our first opponent wasn't turrible

Nor was Bama's

I do like watching the young guys get opportunities

They're pretty awful. Last weekend was actually an all around better weekend of football than this one coming up. UCLA-Texas, Oklahoma-UTk, and UGA-USCe are the only big games of note. At least last week we had VT-tOSU, MSU-Oregon, USCw-Stanford, ECU-USCe, Michigan-Notre Dame, BYU Texas. This week the only other games of note in addition to the three I mentioned are Kentucky-Florida and Central Florida-Mizzou. At least I'll be too nervous and worked up to notice the rest of the shite slate

Most teams are playing pointless warm up games for the upcoming season. Are they not?

Pretty much. We're still in that bumblefrick period of tune-ups and tomfoolery.

lololol

I guess there are some good matchups (a few)

So maybe I'm wrong here to a certain degree.

The rest of us are busy preparing for eastern Washington state central

I wish we would enter said water.

As stated earlier, I don't bother watching Alabama play warmup games.

There are two East match ups...those are not warm ups.

Arky and Tenn are playing Big 12 teams.

Seems like about half of us got real games.

Must be nice.

Guess I'll just wait 2 weeks for Florida then.
