Auburn did give Gus a ridiculous raise and contract extension for beating Bama in 17. Auburn also didn't fire Gus last year when they should have. Why didn't they? He beat Bama.
Auburn has 2 National Titles in their entire 100 plus history. Auburn has only 3 SEC Titles in the last 29 years, since the 92 SEC expansion.
Winning championships isn't what Auburn lives for, it's beating big brother Alabama.
