Don't think we played so many true freshmen because they were that good. Poor recruiting, dumbasses who didn't go to class, dope, and guys transferring forced us to play several freshman whether they were good or not.

The one thing you have not addresed is whether or not they even play the same position.
Whether or not they have equal value at their present roles.
I.E someone has to play special teams, maybe LC has practiced that more than safety, maybe he has not had much of a chance to even pass Vinnie. It gets proven time and time agian expeirience on D in the sec is more valuable than talent.
