Everybody is giving Mullen shite about being a bad recruiter, yet all these guys were committed or leaning to State THE FIRST WEEK OF JANUARY.

Dead period hits, State goes to Florida and beats the hell out of Michigan, and suddenly players start waffling. It's rare recruits start backing off after a big win like that. Mullen didnt suddenly get bad at recruiting in one week.

So true... so very true!

This is all you keep holding onto. Why? because that's all you have. Was the west pretty strong last year outside of your team?

How has he fared against the east? But let me guess, you're going to counter and say the east was weak but not recognize how strong the west(outside of your team) was.

How was he against his OOC opponents this year? Better than we ever were with Croom's teams. How would you rank him coaching up Relf a 2-star QB that couldn't hit the broadside of a barn? 3-star Perkins seems to be a pretty good RB. I can keep going but you know I don't have to.

Recruiting isn't science, but 5 star kids are rarely ever flops.

You mean like Wayne Dorsey and Pat Patterson. And Brent Schaeffer. Enrique Davis was a 5-star where do yall keep his Heisman?

Maybe yall should have a countdown clock for another SEcw team? I'm surprised Vince McMahon hasn't employed this yet.

Keep holding onto it. that's all you have.

Kind of reminds of this:

"Guess which west team has never been to Atlanta?"

Yea it was. Taking us out of the equation, we beat as many teams as you did....in your best season in a decade.

Oh you mean the conference usa? memphis - huge win. UAB - huge win. UH playing a frat star at qb - huge win. You got me.

Ohhh wow....he can throw a 10 yard dig, a slant, and a screen. He better practice that heisman pose!! What coaching!!

No reason repeating in a public forum what I said to your girlfriend the other night. Shake it off.

You can say whatever you want to my girlfriend as long as my wife doesn't find out.

What will happen first? Mullen get a win over LSU, ARK, Aub, Bama or ole miss going to Atlanta?

whats hilarious is that I dont think you are flaming- I think you really believe that. We just went 9-4 with a quite a few 2-star players starting, and compared to what we have been bringing in, this class is just fine.

Just think about how shitty its going to feel for you this November watching us beat you for the 4th time in 5 years on our way to another NYD Bowl. And all you can do is sit there and take it.

Mullen is 5-7 and 9-4 with wins over nobody worth a damn except Ole Miss in 2009. He is 0-8 against SEC West schools not named Ole Miss.

Is the Gator Bowl considered a NYD bowl? Isn't it below the Peach and right alongside the Music Shitty in SEC pecking order?

MSU won 9 games and finished in the Top 15. Ole Miss has accomplished both only 3 times in 47 years.

It's certainly better than the "No Bowl" that Ole Miss attended in 2010.

Kinda like State innn....09,08,06,05,04,03,02,and 01?

I could also mention that OM has WON MORE BOWL GAMES than State has BEEN TO.

But who's counting, right?

How's that for a history lesson medDawg??
