I rail on them both. Nolan did some things well but he was terrible at others. Pel does a couple things right but is a dumpster fire in all else.

Yes I can.
i) He and his wife run a charity for kids with some type of illness. That's a noble endeavor.
ii) He's a relatively cheap coach so it should be fairly affordable to replace him.

My brother works for Marriot and can get family discounts on rooms. He's checking to see if he can swing the special rate during that week, if so we are going down Friday to Wednesday. If not probably just Monday to Wed.
