Yeah, right now LSU does not have institutional comittment to men’s basketball. That may change

Everything is subject to change.

Will LSU invest as heavily into women’s hoops when Kim retires? Probably not.

Would they invest more in men’s if they hired another Will Wade? 100%.

All about finding a balance

Baseball is a fun sport but Vitello has to realize he is 4th down the pipeline when it comes to importance at that school

Yet he is the only one of the big 4 to bring home the hardware recently. "He has to realize..." Seriously? I would argue that Tennessee has to realize that Tony V, the only coach they have once again that has won it all recently has an offer in the show. Sure the Vols are a big time College program...but we are talking MLB.

I can't find where a college baseball coach has ever jumped directly to managing MLB. This whole situation seems like a recipe for disaster.

Oh now on that I agree. I think Tony V. and his attitude will end very badly with MLB players. But if he has the offer thats another discussion

Vitello is an asshat.

White is probably the best AD in the country, and it pains me to give UTK any kind of compliment. I'm not sure what Vitello thought he'd accomplish by making this tiff public.
