the only thing I can point to regarding this last year...is it seemed like the team fell apart after the LSU win. We looked like hell against Troy the next week.
Even if Russell had played the Egg Bowl...MSu likely beats us by 3 scores. But with that hypothetical also comes the possibility that, had you guys put up some points early on, we might have pulled our heads out of our asses and play worth a damn.

No chance. He took Arky to overtime... that should say enough

They took us to the last second as well.

yea, but the game was pretty much in hand for Ole Miss.

it was....and I have absolutely no clue how it became a one score game.
I just remember thinking that if the game were 5 minutes longer, we might have lost.
ETA: I was also kind of pissed that you guys beat them. Not because "hurr durr MSU lost LOLZ"...but because I didn't want our game deciding your bowl eligibility or not.
Events leading up to it were very similar to 2012.

I may start putting $100 dollars on LSU every year. one year it will hopefully pay off. Add some extra excitement to the season.

I just dream about the day when I can say "damn...I wish I would have put money on us winning it all."

I'm throwing $10 on State. Some people think we are capable of winning 9. Think if we can pull a miracle and win two more and go 12-1 with a win in the SEC CG. I could win $1000. I know it's such a damn longshot, but what if....

Dak came in with a 2 mins left in the game. Yeah he's responsible for the loss. When it was already game, set, match.
He saw time in the second quarter, dumbass.
And you're making contradictory arguments now. That's neat.

Yeah only ten in regulation WITH A TRUE FRESHMAN QB. Youtube only TD scored the entire game was a blocked Punt in the ends one. And you had your star Dr. Bo QB the ENTIRE game.

EDIT: It's pretty telling that, when people offer you facts, all you can muster is meaningless conjecture and then try to end the conversation with "enough said." Congratulations on your life.
Facts? What facts? All I hear is you saying "Bo played his worst game. Oh yeah and Bo played his worst game. Oh, and if Bo had not played his worst game we win 45-0." It's hilarious that you think that. How about this. If Mettenberg hadn't played his worst game with three INT thrown into the end zone they beat the shite out of you. How you can rationalize losing to a team playing with their 3rd string TRUE freshman QB is is really astonishing. If he was doing so bad then why not put Brunetti in? I mean a teams 2nd string QB against > 3rd string QB?

Lol MSU is so pathetic
Just accept your role

Yes, I realize that. I'm pretty sure I too have called it the worst Ole Miss performance on field in two years.
The fact that you're using that game - AND ONLY THAT frickING GAME - as the crux of your argument, is just more evidence that you rubes only care about the Egg Bowl.

Plenty. Go back and look through the thread.

Yes. And?
Here's the difference: I'm not using Zach Mettenberger's performance against Ole Miss as a basis to judge his competency as a quarterback overall. One game does not a quarterback make.

How am I "rationalizing" losing?

Oh yeah. I forgot AU was a godsend.
Haha rationalize it all you want. Getting 100 yards a game on 20 bubble screens doesn't prove that he is a great QB. I mean you had Donte moncrief who ran a low 4.4 and you rarely threw deep passes? That should tell you something.

Yeah the reigning SEC champs sure do suck am I right?

Because that's exactly how things went down.
Do you want people to take you seriously? Then stop saying stupid shite.

Moncrief had 938 yards and about 16 yards per catch. To say we "rarely" put it downfield for him simply doesn't hold up to any sort of scrutiny whatsoever.
