THC is not a good drug to take up as a habit, neither is nicotine. I know I will get some pushback from the heavily medicated crowd.

Hundreds of thousands of people are arrested for weed every year in the US.
Over 30k people in the US are currently in prison over weed. That number is getting lower in time. I've had friends do multiple years in prison over weed.
I've been in no-knock raids over tiny amounts of weed.
And now you for some reason believes he has a right to decide what smells are allowed and which ones aren't.
Can I sue McDonalds if I drive by and smell the fries?
