At the end of the season, you don't talk about the number of ranked wins you had at the time of the game. You list them by final rankings.

During the season you use current rankings.

Georgia Tech does not have a top 10 win. While FSU was ranked 10th when they beat them, FSU is 1-5 and unranked. Saying they do is just being dishonest.
