People, myself included, thought Utah State would be better than they've been. They have dropped passes, and the play calling has been questionable at best. They COULD have threatened UT. They didn't. With that said, this is definitely a much improved UT team. How improved? That remains to be seen.

Tennessee just needs to improve their running game a bit. Do that and they have a solid offense. Will score on anyone this year.
