I sense a whole lot of coping from you Radio aka Queer-one.
We can't help it that craft beer is lame and people blindly buy it up. It's what sells and at the end of the day this is all a business. I'll stick to my shine, Coors and modestly priced mexican beer though.

Danny white and our new AD aren't playing around. There's absolutely zero reason why we can't have Saban like continuous Alabama level success in football. Absolutely zero. We have the right coach and the proper resources to do it now.

Deep seeded envy is a hell of a drug.

Jk looks pretty cool but will probably be an absolute nightmare on game day.

Come on baw. Just laugh off the negative comments. This thread isn't meant to turn into a shite throwing contest.
Like GerogeReymons & Madmax said, this is just going to be another part of the SEC arms race. LSU is doing their own rendition. I think we'll start to see other Universities start as well. I just appreciate the fact we have leadership to get us out infront of the pack.

It's most definitely an arms race and we will set the new standard at this level.

Pretty nice. When we lived there, the only thing on the river was Calhoun's, the Ag campus and the greenway. Pretty soon houses off Alcoa will be worth millions.

And yet no dental office within 100 miles

Neyland isn’t even Top 5
Other than Knoxville being in the hills and fairly scenic, it’s “meh”

I left Knoxville in 1975. The Knoxville and the university I knew and loved are long gone. I miss them.

So....brothels?
No, it's not in Alabama. We're sorry but there won't be any job opportunities for your mother and sister/wife. However, they are welcome to come to Knoxville and work the corners on game day.

That seems to be the case every time something positive is posted about the University of Tennessee.
Considering some the of the inbred fan bases that are in our conference, that comes as no big surprise.
It is usually about the same three bandwagon fan bases that are spewing the hate.

Also a paint job upon completion.

I like the fact that they are adding more to do near the stadium...but hate the fact that they will be further obscuring the view of the Tennessee River. Being by the water is one of the things that makes Neyland Stadium special...and I do not like that this change will negate some of that.
I understand. It will obstruct the view a bit, but imo I never thought the view or at least the things that make up the view (outside of the river) looked aesthetically pleasing.
Knoxville is changing dramatically. I enjoy some parts of that change and despise others.
