He may be good but no one is gonna shut down Brown for a whole game. It's like having AJ Green on your fantasy team. Except USM throws more. Would you ever bench him?

USM is such a joke. They try so hard to convince themselves they can compete with the SEC.

Considering it is 2 days before the college football season starts I imagine everyone who is filled with CFB nostalgia will be watching.
Deandre Brown is lucky to have not been suspended for his arrest, but oh well. Even with the best WR it is really a moot point if the QB can't get the ball to him.

Anyone remember a few years back when USM beat bama 21-0, they had some good teams in the late 90s/early 00s with that tyrone nix D

Bama was fricking awful in 2000. I mean, they still somehow managed to skullfrick us, but they won 3 games.

Yeah I know, I loved every min of that game though. I used to really like southern, but I've come to realize how shitty a lot of their fans are in recent years and don't really care for them anymore. They aren't too fond of ole miss

You probably need to check out how good USMs OL is. I don't know much about them so I don't know if they'll be able to keep their QB upright so he can get the ball to DeAndre. DeAndre is a great WR but he may be useless in this game seeing as how USCe will constanttly bring pressure.

Grew up in HB. Southern fans cannot stand the fact that Hburg/Oak Grove is an area of about 120,000 and they can't bring more than 28,000 to a game. You know why that is? Bc HB is about 40% OM, 40% MSU, and the other 20% are Mustard Buzzard fans. It kills them.
I hope USC stomps on their heads till their feet are covered in brains.

My cousin was going to school at Southern at the same time I was going to school at Ole Miss.
I was talking to my Grandad about Ole Miss football when my cousin chimes in saying:
"yea Southern Miss would probably beat Ole Miss if we could ever get yall to play us"
To which I said something like.. "I dont know about that, we're in the SEC... you're a much smaller school... we're just on a completely different level than Southern.."
Cousin: "We just beat *team I had never heard of* by a couple of touchdowns, I think we'd probably whoop up on Ole Miss"
Me: "oh, ok" *realizes southern fans are delusional and changes the subject*

He didn't do anything to be suspended all he did was try to talk to cops after they told him to be quiet and the arrested him. Charges have since been dropped.
DeAndre will be in the NFL for sure.

Usm will put up some points no doubt. Some of their fans are idiots but they aren't all bad. I would love for om to play usm. There isn't a lot to gain by playing them, but hell it would be a lot more exciting as a reb fan to watch a game against usm opposed to northern az or Jacksonville st. I honestly think they would be competitive just because it would be the biggest game of the year for them. Kinda like egg bowl for msu minus the countdown clock..
