Here's a metric that the NCAA does track and while penalties are currently suspended it can lead to penalties when they are reinstated.
There is only one SEC that is in danger if penalties are reinstated. It is not Georgia as they are squarely in the middle of the pack.

Georgia is fine on the APR list they're sqyarely in the middle of the pack.
The minimum APR academic standard for each team is 930. Typically, teams that scored below the benchmark would have to face penalties that encourage an emphasis and prioritization on academics. However, due to the current penalty suspension in place, teams falling below the minimum 930 score will not be subjected to penalties this year.
