So we want something that will still feel full (80-90%) and be affordable for a Tuesday night game against Troy in November, but also be always sold out and a tough ticket for basically any big game or conference game.
The only drawback is ticket prices can get stupid high for big games but those are relatively few.

They've demo'ed parts of it already. But the main historic building is being renovated and will become the welcome center for the new Performing Arts Academic Center.
This is what it's suppose to look like after renovations and additions.
I see what’s going on there every day and kept up with it a bit. Last I heard the University of Alabama already had to go back to the drawing board because the original bid winner got in there and decided that they couldn’t make their estimate. Very little work has been accomplished on this project. Judging by what I see on the daily movement, they’ll have something done sometime well after they build and open the new basketball arena we’re discussing in this topic.
I wouldn’t be surprised if I retired and they’re still working on it. Grass has grown over parts of the construction area there. They ain’t doing shite.

If there is a new performing arts center, tear down moody music building and put it there
