This crap about all these SEC athletes having run-ins with the law is getting really old!
None of you actually give a damn about any of it, and only want to
other teams' fans.
It's so petty, childish, and hypocritical.

The UGA street racing club has claimed 2 so far I believe.
So, he underachieved, then.

Who here hasn't had a moving violation?
I sure as hell haven't been arrested for going 90 in a 45.

You've never been 45 over the limit? Or never been caught?

No, I've never driven twice the speed limit. Most people haven't.

I was young once.
Top speed was 120mph on hwy 78 in a 90 horsepower Honda Civic.
I was lucky to only get a speeding ticket once doing just under 60 around corners in a 35mph residential.
Around the bend from my subdivision, there was a downhill corner and I would consistently hit 70 (or just under). Road limit was 45 but dropped to 35 for the corner.
Nascar hall of fame should have been in Georgia. We lost out on that one.

I was but the circumstances were me driving through a known corrupt arse area (I didn't know any better at the time).
When I was talking to the booking officer, she told me that it was because of where I was in that particular county. She felt sorry for me and told me it never would've happened in any other part of the county. The cop that did it was still going through training but was well known to the people who worked at the jail and they didn't have a high opinion of what this literal one stop light town was doing to people who were coming off interstate speeds into a sudden drop in speed despite there being nothing around to indicate you should slow down (it wasn't a populated area and you're still on the highway). It was still an absolute nightmare to go through the legal system. It's been years and I'm still pissed about it.
ETA: But I will say that it's not common in most places. I doubt Athens is anywhere near as corrupt as what was going on where I was.

You sound fun. Who wants to party with this guy?!

If you did that in residential, you suck. we've all "lit up" the highways ,but come on, even as a youngster with a 70 mustang, I respected that kids could be on the road in a residential area.
