I think Murray and Wilson will be in the top 4 for sure. If 5-8 is middle of the pack, then it wouldn't be a huge letdown.

Whoever LSU has will suck if Crowton stays. Vandy won't matter. Kentucky's QB will be playing for Kentucky.

It's just hard to say at this point.

I think McCarron will actually be pretty good. In terms of arm and talent, he's better than we've had in quite a while. I'm not going to crown his arse, but I like what I see.

I think McCarron will probably be good, but I'll never be fair to him.

First of all I'm an Auburn fan. Second of all, I graduated from high school from UMS-W (St. Paul's biggest rival). ... McCarron went to St. Paul's for those who may be scratching their heads.

I won't be surprised at all if he's every bit as good or better than Murray and Wilson. Don't get me wrong, he's got a while, but he's going to have a lot to work with over time. He has to stay healthy, but if he has a good QB coach, he's going to be very successful.

A big problem is that Tennessee is still rebuilding right now. They're not going to be on equal ground with the SEC elite for a few years and that is if Dooley does well. Just a lot of unknowns.

This offense will be extremely good in a few years.

Completely agree. That's why I don't understand all the idiot Vols fans who think Dooley is good but still expect it to be a 7 year rebuilding job. A solid running back, and 2012/2013 should be awesome.

Guys like Justin Hunter and Da'Rick Rogers will make him look better than he is. If he's awful, they'll make him look average, average they'll make him look decent, decent they'll make him look very good, and if he's very good they'll make him look like a first rounder. Decent is what I'm betting he'll be, with his supporting cast making him into a Top 4 QB.

Lack of attrition should give us one of the best offenses in the conference in 2 years. I wouldn't be surprised if we got really good in 2012 or so and then Dooley flopped.

His arm is way above decent. I can't say how his mentality or decision making will be, but I'm hopeful.

I agree with this, but it's unfair to a kid to expect him to be a star. He certainly has all the ability in the world, but I don't expect anyone to be a star before they prove anything at the college level. With his physical skills, decent is about the worst he could be.

That's always a tough one to predict as well.

Based on the case right now, the offense is terrible and doesn't have the depth or talent to compete. It's going to take a couple years and the rest of the SEC has a big advantage in talent at the moment.

Not sure I agree with that. We have some talent, they're just all Freshman.

The one good area is that the O-line is young and there is talent there. A good OL will make everyone look better. So you could be right that 2 years could really change things.
