Tulsa giving QB Baylor Hayes extra week rest because ARKANSAS

Actually cleared to play, but since Arkansas is the opponent, Tulsa has decided to let Hayes rest.
Expect many 2 and 3 deeps to get play time by start of 3rd quarter

Smart. Tulsa has a decent shot at the G6 bid if they win.
With a win already at Oklahoma State, a win at Arkansas would give Tulsa two Power 4 wins. Tulane did that last year (Northwestern and Duke) and made the playoff.
