I think Bama fans are living in fear that they came all over themselves after one half of a game and ran a QB that led them to two NC games out of town. Some saw the three Ints that Tua should have thrown and realize that not every secondary will play like UGA. But it is too late now that they planted the burning crosses, so it’s all in Tua.

Regardless of Tua's amazing 2nd half performance, he's still inexperienced and hasn't been on the road yet to play. I think Tua will be the bigger disappointment and I think because he will have his growing pains as a new starter, he will disappoint the first few games but should turn it around maybe around game 4 and 5.

Really want to see how he does vs Ole Miss on the road

That NC game was basically a road game in Atlanta. I know it was only half, but the limelight doesn't get much bigger than that. I expect he'll make mistakes like most young QBs do though.

Stidham’s pretty bad under pressure. Kirby figured that out. Now CFB knows. He won’t have a good 2018.

If he would have watched us play Clemson in week 2 then maybe he would have already had it figured out for the first game

Regardless of the final stat line for Tua, Tua was down by two scores when he came into the game. If my "high-risk, high-reward" QB could make up two scores in a single half on the biggest stage in the country, I'd be pretty damn happy. I don't think you can say that Tua was "close to losing" that game.
Yeah sure he took a 1st down sack in OT but let’s be real UGA was lucky they even got there. Without the kicker missing a chip shot that sack doesn’t happen and Tua still goes down as a 2nd half hero.

Taking sacks, slinging it up (when WRs aren't just wipe open), and not picking up that extra yard or 2 hurts does on 3rd and medium will start to add up. Those things just add more and more pressure on a QB who hasn't played a down where he would be blamed for a loss.

idk I think having a vertical threat and not allowing teams to stack the box like they did with Jalen will help tua and the ground game out a lot. Bama was hard to beat when you could put 8 in the box and force Jalen to throw and they still ran on pretty much everyone what happens when those safeties can’t cheat anymore? I don’t expect Alabama heisman QBs but there might be a heisman RB running loose this year.

Are you so stupid as to believe that what other fans believe/think has any significance regarding what will occur with Alabama's team?
About as much as any Bama fan does. Yall still believe yall know more than Saban and believe he played Hurts all season because he sucked and kept Tua on the bench because he is the GOAT.

It also doesn't take as much to get to a less mobile QB either. It goes both ways. Tua like to hold the ball too long and take sacks. He's the type to force a play. That's worse than taking off.

Growing pains my friend. By the time the Bama/AU game rolls around he will be well passed those tendencies. That does not bode well for Auburn.
