Trivia time: who has lost to lower Div teams in the SEC since 92?

Name the schools in the SEC since 1992 who have lost to lower division opponents. To make it more difficult, you also have to name the opponent they lost to. It has happened 5 times by my count. Can you name the instances?

UAB and ULM were Div1A at the time of those games.

Wyoming was still FBS so technically not a lower division school.

Miss St - Troy (St)? They may have been outside D1A at the time but I don't remember.

I remember SC lost to Citadel in 1990, but that's prior to expansion.

I was thinking it was us vs the Citadel, but that was in 1990.
We were 1-21 from '98-99, but they were all D1 opponents.
eta: We didn't get to play the Citadel again until a couple of years ago, that hung over our head for a while.
