If modern era is when the 3 point line was introduced it would go:
UConn
Duke
NC
UK/UF/Kansas
Best combo football/bball has to be UF.
Tip of the hat to GoGators1995 for the data.

I’m sorry but UCLA winning 10 of 11 titles when the field had only 23-25 teams where they routinely got byes, is nowhere near the gauntlet it is today. Plus it was a lot easier to stack talent. Not saying what they did wasn’t spectacular but the game was much different back then. Just like Harvard or Yale in football, we’re talking about the modern era. Not peach baskets, no 3 point line and you couldn’t dunk the ball.

Everyone of them are “blue bloods”. Seriously, they all have some shade of blue in their color scheme.

In that case it would be KY, followed closely by KU. Florida would be in the discussion, but they lag behind the other two in FFs.

You're right.
First criteria was championships. If the next criteria puts Kansas in front of UK or any other SEC team it's automatically omitted.
Else my keyboard shorts out.
