Why isn't Newman entering the draft?

His QBR is 43rd here. Source.
He's 58th in Total QBR. Source.
I don't think I could take one website and say "Yep, this is the one" while there are so many saying he's a pretty average QB in a conference that doesn't play defense.

Only Straws could take an actual, in-depth analysis done by an objective source that does it for a living and discredit it in favor one statistic. I’m sure QBR, or aspects of QBR, factor in PFF ranking.
Or maybe it’s all a ploy to yank your chain, Straws.

I was told he arrived a few weeks before fall camp, and he had no real experience.
