Bama will most likely win but I wouldn't say UT has absolutly no chance to pull the upset. Bama is coming off of a physical game with South Carolina and UT is rested. UT's defense is good but if the Vols can't keep drives going on offense then Bama will just wear us out with Upchurch, Ingram and Richardson and it will end up like the Auburn game. Bama's deffense is stout but hopefully the Vols can get a good running game going with Hardesty and Brown and Crompton can play a solid game. If the Vols can get maybe 7pts off of a turnover, 2tds on offense and maybe a field goal that's 24 points right there. If you were to ask me who wins I would say Bama by about 2 tds but it doesn't what I or anyone else thinks, it's what happens on the field.

I never count a game as a win before it's played. Anything can happen. I won't even say who I think will win. I can say who I think should win based on performance so far this season. That would be Alabama. But I definately will not count tennessee out. Plus it's a rivalry and things don't always go like they should lol

regardless of what some think, this is a rival, and we all know you can throw out the stats for rival games, they mean squat.i see a very tight game until the 4th quarter, then ingram goes wild.bama 21 tenn-10

The only good thing about this game is somebody has to lose.
Who it be dosen't matter.

Bump for Breaking News....
Tony Barnhart must have changed his mind, he now picks Alabama to beat Tennessee.
"2. Tennessee at Alabama: The Volunteers are feeling kind of frisky since taking Georgia to the woodshed on Oct. 10. But Tennessee needs to realize that the Alabama defense is an entirely different animal. Alabama, for instance, can actually rush the passer. This team eats quarterbacks for lunch and will make life very difficult for Jonathan Crompton. The Tennessee defense will keep the Vols in the game for about a half. But Alabama simply wears opponents down and beats them up. Alabama pulls away in the fourth quarter. Alabama 24, Tennessee 6."

No, he is lost as a fart in a tornado.

Tony's picking UT in an upset was on a Tennessee radio station here in Nashville, so yeah, I guess he plays to his audience.

Makes sense. He slobbers over Saban every Friday on Finebaum's show more than Paul does himself.

No, he didn't know anything many of us didn't see coming..IE a huge effort by off bye-week Tenn under newbie Kiffin looking for 1st signature SEC win versus a great yet flawed Bama in a hated border war..
Barnhart catches flack from many SEC fanbases, but I find his coverage solid and fair for the most part. But, can become a bit Ga(alma mater), Bama, Tenn centric..yet he writes for the AJC..thus expected.
