Look again.. The only parts of the invoice that are in all caps are his name and his company, and JW dad's first name. I do this sometimes just to ensure my name is clear and visible...It's more than likely just a habit, especially if you ship a lot of items. Since he owns a small business, I'm sure he does.

One odd thing about the address. He put "Cannon Hill, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia" Cannon Hill is a suburb but separate city than Brisbane. It would be like putting "Hoover, Birmingham, Alabama, United States"

my wife ships to Australia quite a bit, which means I have to sometimes, that is how you do it
