Living in Tallahassee I hear it is because Jacksonville sucks.
I think there are probably a lot of rivers in the southern hemisphere that flow north. In the northern hemisphere most rivers may flow S,E or W. But there re plenty that don't.

Probably. I'm guessing you're confusing Redbox with Redtube? Redbox is a DVD rental kiosk company (mainstream movies, not adult film).
