I thought Tennessee's NIL collective was supposed to be top 3. Why are y'all sitting at the 10th ranked class?

Not every player is paid equally. I'd imagine they're paying more for needs.

Because it makes sense to recruit a core group from high school then get guys from the portal with 2-3 years left of eligibility to build your team with.
