One of the five usually sticks out. The Committee can make the pick in a few hours.

Alabama has won the SEC 4 of the past 5 seasons, something the "only conference champions allowed" crowd seems to gloss over. Ditto for Clemson winning the ACC like clockwork.
There isn't a playoff system in the world anyone could dream up that wouldn't have included Alabama and Clemson almost every single year.
Those two programs are just way ahead of everybody else the past 5 years.

The southern response when you got nothing to counter. Almost like the northern response of "Oh yeah".

Nobody cares about that guy but LSU.
Brandon is a prick.
I’m a huge LSU fan and he annoyed us a few years back as well.
He also bans people on Twitter that disagree with him.

Tim Brando wasn't happy with the BCS. If there was a 16 team playoff, Brando would still bitch and moan about it.
Brando is one of the worst

Only after winning your Conference. What other sport takes a team in their playoff that doesn’t win a division or earns a wildcard berth (base on a criteria ) ?

This is an appeal to popularity and is a logical fallacy.
Other sports don't have 130 teams and 12 game seasons - of which you want to ignore 33% of.
