Because Barnett was from California this somehow means that there is a concern that Young will suffer the same fate.

Ok then!

You opened that can up!

When is the last time a player from CAL with Bryce Young’s QB characteristics

Bryce Young 5’11 197 Dual QB CAL

DUAL
Under 6 feet
Under 200 lbs

Last Heisman winner?
Last Natty winner?
Last SEC champ?

This guy is what, 18 years old?

Height seems to be everyone's sticking point - how is he automatically being disqualified because of it? He's not 5'4".

A top-ranked QB who played against Super 25 teams, national competition, and won a MNC is too short to ever win in college?

He may eventually turn out to be a Blake Barnett, but I can't imagine it'll be because of the build he has at 18. Let's at least see him on the field first.
