I hate to be the one to bring this up but in the last gif his foot was clearly out of bounds while the ball was in the air. A receiver can't come back in bounds and catch a pass unless he was forced out of bounds. Just from what I see in your gif, it would appear as if it should have been ruled incomplete.

They said that he was forced out. I remember them discussing it on some show. They were saying that being forced out isnt really a good way to say it. You can be touched out and it still count as a force out.
That's the disagreement on the play,what constitutes a force out,apparently it's a lot less then we thought. Makes sense though,cuz you cant measure how hard someone's pushed so if they get touched into that direction then they go with the force out.
I've seen it ruled this way a couple times and both times the color guy was saying the same shite. He was asking how being touched is forced out. It's just too subjective to rule that he wasnt forced
