Burrow quit on his team at Ohio State. The rules allowed him to seek better opportunities. The 4 game redshirt rule allows Hurts to do the same.

Burrow transferred AFTER the season was over. He DID NOT quit on his team. Had the starter gotten hurt and he was called upon, he would have played last year. What is being said here is that Jalen will not play after game 4 so that he will retain more years of eligibility, even if Tua goes down, or if Tua is struggling and they need a spark. That's quitting on your team. And that's horse shite.

Yeah he did. He signed the scholarship and when he figured out he wasn't going to play he bailed. Ohio State was counting on him to be a back up in case the starter got hurt.
