That has absolutely been called for taunting in the past. Ref only saw the retaliation. Happens all the time

Which is exactly why I said it should have been offsetting penalties. I’m not excusing TDP’s retaliation. I’m saying taunting/standing over a player needs to be called more consistently by the officials.
