You'll man up and load the box. We will
Run for a few yards and dink and dunk you. Then we will shut you down defensively. This will probably continue throughout the first Quarter. We may get a field goal or even a touchdown. You may get a field goal and maybe even a TD. But we will be moving the ball more on you than you are on us.

By time second quarter hits your D will begin to wear down. Then we will be gashing you for 4-5-8 yard runs. You will focus even more on the run, and we will hit you with a big play action pass.

Rinse and repeat until its ~34-10

It's a process.

You hope you will be able to do that. We are not UT!

I have asked many times. No answers... So now I just state it. You DO NOT have the talent to cover all we can and will throw at you. Not to mention, you are not that great at pass protection. Receivers are open.

You have no idea do you. You throw things out there because it's like a talking point. How many DL do you think we have? Do you think we just have 4 that is going to play the whole game? Is that what it is?

No, this is just what we've have pretty much done to every team for the past two years. Except for LSU which has a defense comparable to ours.

It's pretty much the same thing we did in 2009.

Don't worry, you'll get processed tomorrow and maybe understand how it works a little better. Probably not cause you are dumb, but maybe.

Rule #1 of debating with Gumps. You can't ask them to think or have ideas. Rook move Darkhorse you know better!

Well yeah! I knew he/they didn't want to actually talk.

But gave him a chance and now it's evident he can not defend or step up.

Back to the OP.. bama will not have these open guys. period.

If that makes you sleep better, I had to explain to a gump the difference in nickel and dime a few nights ago though so don't bet on it!

Why? I already know your answer. I will name them, you will say they are not talented. Isn't that about right?

Here's what I will do for you... at the end of the game, and MSU has handed you your first loss, I will point them out to you... Add a little video footage...

What do you want to debate? That our receivers won't be wide open? Maybe not, but we can still complete passes against semi covered receivers.

We did it against LSU with a less talented receiver group and against a better defense. The Oline is older, the QB is older and better, and the receivers are better.

Malcolm Johnson and Marcus Green...

I'm not looking to get into the pissing match on this one, but IMO your LB coverage has looked like a glaring weakness to me this season, you just haven't gone against personnel that could consistently exploit it. Take the one Rivera target in the Tennessee game for instance. We will throw to multiple TEs more than anyone in the SEC that I can immediately recall... We don't do it in the nonconference games, so the stat sheet doesn't really tell the story on this, but it has been our primary scoring weapon in SEC play. Malcolm Johnson is a "new breed" of deep threat tight end that is our most talented pass catcher by a mile, and he is a huge match up problem for almost anyone.

That is how I think we can effectively move the ball on you 5-10 yards at a time. I don't expect us to be able to move it very effectively on the ground or to our outside receivers. If we can't complete these passes, it will be a long day for us offensively

If I were you I'd just hope you can keep it within 20 like Ole Miss did.
