i don't think you arky fans get this, but the AD at Ole Miss has never had a good relationship with a coach. Nutt is no different and will be fired with a losing season or just another Egg Bowl loss. there is no frank broyles to protect him.
It's just another weak arse attempt to get a two year pass. It will give him more time to find another job.
We get it more than you know. I can just hear Nutt again next year to the Fans. It's been 50, 50 YEARS, since Ole Miss won back-to-back, BACK-TO-BACK New Year's Day Bowls. 50, 50 YEARS.
• When I came in this program was dead, DEAD.
• I gave the program life.
• I took the Rebels to back-to-back NYD Bowls. Remember, it’s been 50, 50 years since that had happened.
• I made Oher a 1st round draft choice from a 6th rounder.
• I had a lot of injuries this year and no other team in the SEC had injuries. Not sure about Jacksonville State.
• I am a great coach. Just ask Mr. Saban and Mr. Myers. They will tell you how great I am.
I installed a new offense this year and it’s going to be rough, rough I tell you to get it clicking. At least two years.
It’s just so hard, so hard to win in the SEC and get to a BCS Bowl Game.
Yes, I know that Petrino did something in just three years that I couldn’t do in ten (take the Hogs to a BCS Bowl Game). But I left him most of the best players Arkansas had this year.
I recruited most of Arkansas’ best players. Plus, it’s much easier, much easier to recruit at Arkansas than it is at Ole Miss. You don’t see KKK rallies in Fayetteville, do you? No, no. That really hurt out recruiting.
And Orgeron didn’t leave me shite. No depth, no depth. It takes a while to get things turned around.

Here's my point Choctaw. When he hasn't been your coach for three years and you now have a very good coach who has you in line for a BCS bowl game, I would think you would move on. That's just me though. I don't see any of the cool arky posters like Woopig, Porky, or SLC pouring their hate-filled heart out on here. They have moved on, even if they did hate Nutt. They are pumped about the future whereas all you do is post your novels about Nutt.

Unlike you I am objective and I can see both sides of the fence. Trust me, this year made me realize some of the stuff arky fans such as yourself say isn't sooo crazy. But you are so over the top and obsessed I have no respect for anything you ever have to say. None.

What am I to do? I can multi task with the best of them, i.e. enjoy Arkansas' success and continue to expose Nutt for the arse Clown that he is and it doesn't take long to do it. I just use Nutt's own words. I don't have a problem with you but your problem is that you are always trying to defend the indefensible. I feel your pain. It's an unenviable task and it always puts you on the defensive.

Just a little FYI Nutt absolutely destroyed the players at 5am practice this morning. A lot of them said things like I've never done that much work in such a short period of time etc... So it does seem Nutt is atleast conditioning them for an Oregon type O

I am not defending Nutt or anyone on this staff. Only pointing out the heart full of hate which you seem to possess.
Trust me, I am not one of these OM fans who thinks HDN is the best thing ever. He won 18 games in the first 2 years here and guess what? A better coach might have won 22 with the talent we had (subtract losses to vandy and wake in 08, state and aub in 09.) But at the same time, who am I to say that? I got to enjoy the 3 years under Orgeron. 2008 and 2009 were alot of fun compared to what I got to watch my first 3 years at OM.
My whole point is this:
You hate Nutt, everyone gets it. So unless your ego is as big as his playcalling one is, lay off.

Folks they ran a variation of Kelley's spread with the Oregon castoff this past year. Offense was not and is not the issue at Ole Miss. The defense sux like a new Hoover.
