Terry hasn't done bad at North Alabama.

Tommy wasn't too terrible at Clemson. Could he do it at Vandy? I don't know. But if he could win 8-9 games a year, it'd be enough.

Vandy is hard enough as it is to recruit to. That shitstain would never work out there.

Every single time they had high expectations, his coaching damned them.

He did good at Tulane, but that was due to Rich Rod IMO.

really want Vandy to slam dunk this hire.

Me too, it is hard not to pull for Vandy when they aren't playing LSU.

I would suggest Larry Blakeney at Troy as a great replacement.

It was easy to hate them after 2008 and their fans' signs.

Auburn fans should hate them. You don't even have a winning record against them.

Yeah, uncharacteristically enough, I have too. Lots of biters in the AU/UA threads. I think RMFT's vagina is on fire.

This was an interesting bit on the Vanderbilt Football wikipedia page.
quote:

Bobby Johnson was hired in 2002 as the head football coach...Vanderbilt officials had pursued and offered the position initially to Gary Barnett and Tyrone Willingham, both of whom had steered small, private universities (Northwestern and Stanford, respectively) to football success. Both turned down the job for different reasons.

I was mixing it up with some ole miss fan.

He was bitching about people in the suburbs of Atlanta.
He got mad when I called the area he lived in the gay district of Atlanta.
