Who's crying? This would have got a mention on ESPN if it was say... Ryan Stamper. Because it was Spikes, it's a big deal.
Same with the Tebow situation a few weeks ago. There was a freaking Tebow watch team on ESPN because he had a concussion.
Would they have done the same for Tony Pike?

i agree with ealey. the punishment is too severe and doesn't fit the crime. spikes should maybe run a few extra stadium steps, at the most.

If Spikes had actually done what he intended and gouged Ealey's eyes and blinded him or caused eye damage, what would be the appropriate punishment for Spikes?
