Let’s look at the LSU/Alabama game. LSU averaged scoring 40.2 and allowing 21.9 on the season. Bama’s has averaged scoring 30% more than opponents and held opponents to 61% less than their average. Multiplying, we get LSU 15.7 and Bama 28.6.. Final score was 38-17…. Pretty close.

I remember in 2009, A&M lost to Kstate by 40+ points, Kstate lost to Texas Tech by 40+ points and Tech lost to A&M by 30 points.
