i don't get why it's referred to as 'miserable'. in my experience, yankees are sour, pissier and have more malcontent than we seem to have.

it should just say we're fatter, happier and die younger.

Maybe they are considering us 'miserable' due to this being the 'off-season'. If so, they are sort of correct, just read some of the rant threads.

These lists are BS, being "obese" makes you unhappy so if all of these SEC states are miserable. Would rather live in ANY SEC state them places like NY or CA were you have to be a pretentious prick to fit in.

I was born and raised in Natchez Ms/Vidalia La (Miss-Lou) - Love it! Hope to move back there one day (soon).

List is terrible.

The home of Mardi Gras, the french quarter, cajun food, tons of great hunting and casinos?

Should be #1.

8. Missouri

All the best parts of Kansas are in Missouri.

List is shite and should have been eaten instead of printed.

Only question is how did Mississippi escape its well deserved #1 ranking. Lowest life expectancy, highest rate of obesity, and no music, food, charm, or culture to speak of. Is it the fact that a few hot girls from Tennessee and Georgia attend Ole Miss for a few years in college?

My parents took me to Natchez and Vicksburg when I was a boy. I faintly remember thinking WTF is this shite at about 7 or 8. I've never been to Ole Miss/Oxford, but that's still in Mississippi. I conceded that a few hot out of state chicks got their Mrs degrees there in college, though.

Jeez, can we ship Florida to the ACC and adopt FSU - Florida is a basketball school anyway.

Very biased report, doesnt account for what really is "Miserable" to people other than douchey city rats.

I live in Los Angeles temporarily because I am training at company headquarters for a couple years. This city it way too crowded and it blows fat jimmies.....Hate it here, not matter where I go i have to deal with homeless douche-clowns that have their hand out asking for money.

The Complex I live in, which I occupy the smallest floor plan they offer at 460 sq ft.,
legally robs me on the 1st of every month, then they give breaks to those who are "less fortunate" even though they have larger apartments than me and dont do dick shite all day except creep me out and let their dogs freak out every 15 minutes.

You have to pay out the arse for a gallon of gas here to, while you sit in traffic for hours.

Dont even get me started on the stupid dick bag aspiring "actors" and "actresses". Those people are a joke, I come across atleast 5-10 a week, and boy are they dumber than shite. 0 common sense and think everything is the governments fault.

17 months until I get transferred back to Atlanta.
