You can point to the yardage all you want, but giving up 27 points to TCU isn't a good day. They aren't an offensive powerhouse by any stretch.
1) TCU is a good football team.
2) one TD came on a K.O. Return, the other after a fumble by Blue inside LSU's 10 yd line.
The defense is young and exceeded my expectations. TCU is a legit team and better than any other SEC opponent except for Clemson to open the season.
Biggest worry was the lack of pressure up front, but that will improve with experience.

I really hope this is what our opponents think going into games. Only one TD drive given up. Kick coverage, on the other hand, looked vulnerable.

Were we all watching the same games? Because I don't follow many of you and your reasoning. Auburn played a whole lot of true freshmen today and others who transferred from JUCO, who had never worn orange and blue until today. The rest of the team was coming back from the worst season in 60 years. And they faced a WSU team that returned nearly all of its starters and were in year 2 with a great coach. We already have more interceptions than we had all last year, and we're already pretty close to matching our win total from last year. There was significant improvement and that left me believing there will be much more as the season goes along. And you may have to remind me of the cupcake team that Arkansas played today and struggled with only to win with a mere 34-14 score. The point is this - its way too early to be talking about who finishes in what position. Some of you hogs need to simmer down until your Yankee coach gets introduced to SEC competition.

Well dumb arse if you had watched the game you would know that 7 points were given up on a kick return and 7 on a fumble inside the 10. I wouldn't call that getting run out of the building.
This was a typical Chavis type defensive day and yeah there are places that need to be fixed and he will see to it that it does.

Given a kickoff return and a fumble on the 5 yard line distorts this a bit. Look for this defense to improve quickly. There is plenty of talent.

Georgia still has no defense.
Saban might kill his team in practice this week.
Arkansas' offense didn't skip a beat in learning the new system.
Arkansas has below average linebackers, but the secondary is eons better.
Alex Collins and Jonathan Williams are legit.
South Carolina has a lot to clean up. Still very hot and cold on offense.
Kentucky still sucks.
Vanderbilt is formidable.
Ole Miss has no defense.
Florida is still full retard on offense.
LSU's defense looks vulnerable.
MSU will be fighting Auburn for last place in the West.
bullshite list is bullshite.
You learned 3 things about Arkansas but only 1 thing about the other SEC teams.
You'll learn at least 2 more things about LSU, and you'll learn them NOW.

We should have only given up 13 points missed assignment on kickoff and gave them the focking ball on the 6 yard line.
