The playoff is so absurdly unfair to the sec compared to the big 10

The big 10 may have the best team in the country in a given year like Indiana last year and Ohio st before that but that isn’t the point. The method of qualifying for the thing is so much more difficult in the sec. And it’s not just a little bit. Ohio state would lose a minimum of 2 games in the sec for sure. They would already be 0-1. “Well they were stomping Texas and gave it away” that’s true they were but in the sec you can’t get like a 2 touchdown lead and just call it a night on the road at the majority of the places. But that’s not the toughest part really. After an osu lost in Austin they may have to hit the road and go to ole miss or LSU or have a home game with Georgia or Alabama or state where they better be ready to bring it again. There are very few breaks unless you’re just gifted with a great schedule. I’d say that rarely any big 10 team has the toughness installed to make it though the sec. Indiana last year I believe could have.

The ncaa bracket could consist of Georgia, Bama, ole miss, Texas, miss st, tenneseee, LSU, Kentucky, Auburn, Florida, Ou, Missouri in no particular order and that tournament might be more exciting that the real one. Not to say Miami, ND, Ohio, and those teams shouldn’t be in it cause they could beat any of the other 12 on any given day (could also lose to a lot of them). Ohio state doesn’t even have to get out of bed to qualify for the playoff even more than Notre dame before. /rant
