Hood and Pollard are two quality players to build a program around.
Add in Alabama Mr. Basketball Craig Sword and Mississippi first team all staters Gavin Ware and Fred Thomas even more to work with. Then add in returners Jalen Steel and Wendell Lewis and we have enough to get going. World Wide Wes will help Payne get a PG.

So Denton you never named the 3 assistants supposedly above Payne or explained how/why he is the highest paid ast on the UK staff.

You serious?
Robic has been with Cal since UMASS and is his head man. Antigua has been with him since Memphis. Payne gets the money because we had to pay him to come to UK. Robic and Antigua were on board already. He's by no means the top assistant.
