Dude I have no problems with being positive but come on. Ole Miss is set up to have a great season but 8-4 is respectable and VERY REALISTIC playing in the SEC. If Snead goes down or another major injury OM could easily be 6-6. These expectations are setting the table for dissapointment even though the schedule is weak compared to others in the league

Of course it's possible. This is the SEC damnit. It's not hard to lose 4 games in the SEC. My point is, based on our expectations, we don't expect to be 4-4 and we aren't going to be picked to go 4-4 by anyone.

Houston Nutt could frick up a wet dream.

I think the Rebs will be better than average this year, but thats about it.

Arkansas isn't in a position to be elite year in and year out. Florida gets to recruit Florida with the other two powers in the state down, and even if they are up they still recruit Florida. LSU has Louisiana all to it's self. Alabama is dominating recruiting as well. Then you have Arkansas. The path to talent is Texas. Where you get to fight with Texas, Oklahoma, Texas Tech, Texas A&M, Okie Light, and others for talent. You're not coming out with a lot of top flight talent like that.

Petrino is a good coach, and Arkansas will be a player in the West with him. Actually I think in the long run more of a player than Nutt and the Rebels. To say you're moving to the elite though is nothing short of foolish.

We return the only proven starter at QB in the West. That's not to mention we're bringing back 16 starters from a team that went 9-4 a year ago. I mean, I dunno why we think there's a good team coming back?

We all know. It's at least a once a day thing. It's seriously making me HATE the Arky fan base. I know all are not like that though. I have a good friend that is an Arkansas fan and she is cool as hell.

Is it just me or does this remind you of of Jerry Springer episode with two fat sisters fighting over the same cross-eyed Gump wearing a wifebeater, a Gucci baseball hat (cocked to the side) with a script A on it and tattoo sleeves on both arms????
