Tim Tebow owned our asses for 4 years while playing for one of my least favorite teams, but I dropped that grudge and enjoy watching him and McElroy give commentary on SECN. Intentionally trying to spread obvious lies and slander about someone just because they beat your team a few teams a while back is a horrible and unacceptable thing to do.

People who do what she alleges usually have a pattern like Ben Roethlisberger. Peyton has never has a pattern like that

I'd feel a lot less circumspect about this sort of line if the entire thread wasn't devoted to doing that very thing to the woman in question. I have no idea who is telling the truth...but neither do any of y'all. I get why UT fans defend Peyton and their athletic department. But that defense has turned extraordinarily nasty, and not just from UT fans.
And, no, this woman isn't the only one slinging accusations. Peyton and Archie did precisely that when talking/writing about the woman. So let's not pretend this is some one-sided expression of hostilities.

Who are you to decide who is lying? Don' tell someone to "grow up" just because they don't share your assumptions about people involved.
The part about "culture of sexual misconduct" was poking the bear. But the underlying principle of my posts are serious. These fans, nor you, nor I, have any right to sling accusations against this woman just because we might like the Mannings (which I do) or Tennessee. Defend Peyton Manning without trying to destroy the woman, UNLESS you have legitimate information personally that proves what you are saying.
Yes, this woman has hurt Peyton Manning's reputation. IF she is lying, she is very wrong. But I don't know that she is lying, and it bothers me that people here are so quick to slander the woman.
This has absolutely no correlation to calling Coach Bryant a drunk, etc. It has everything to do with refraining from slinging accusations and assumptions about a person just because her statements conflict with what you WANT to be true.

All the evidence in the world is there to prove she's insane and nothing she says can be taken seriously. She's changed her story, for frick's sake. After the whole Al Jazeera fiasco, Peyton's had enough lies to deal with already.

For the record, I have always respected the Mannings and have never been one of "those fans" who hated Peyton or resented him leading the band after beating Bama. I simply don't like to see a woman attacked without facts or evidence. She deserves the same presumption that we give our own coaches and players when they are accused, at a minimum.
