Not being Ole Miss?

Ole Miss is tied with Georgia with the 3rd best record in the SEC over the past two years. We've also been the only team besides Bama to beat Florida.
Just sayin'

Hiring. Nick. Saban.

That's it, that's the list.

I suppose you're not too familiar with Nick's records at LSU?

I thought the thread was the key to winning the SEC, so I threw that in there. All in good fun though.

Give Hootie enough motive and nobody(including Alabama)is exempt from being embarrassed. I don't like Hootie, but that's a fact.

I am, and I stand corrected.

Hiring. Nick. Saban. If you're Alabama.

THE key to winning consistently in the SEC is...

1. Have Nick Saban as head coach.
2. Give him complete control over the football program
3. Stay out of his way.

Revenge brings something out of hootie that is truly special.
I'll take the letdown games for beating people like LSU and Arkansas.

You need to be kicked out of the SEC. You're comfortable with irrelevance? Get out of here!!!

Special? You're even starting to use the same lingo! Hootie does have a certain mojo at times but the "Hootie beating Arkansas mojo" chapter is now officially over.

So you hope and pray.
I bet you thought that 2008 was just Hootie getting lucky and having much better players.
No one saw that asswhuppin last year coming.

The key to winning in the SEC is winning in the trenches on both and sides and winning the turnover battle.

Which is why Alabama won a National championship with 51 yards passing.

True. And the one single largest factor of the game was by a DT destroying a QB looking to run like he did on B12 teams with better than marginal success. Bama is coached up on it that's for sure.
