I have no problem with him. You will always have some bitter fans when a coach leaves.

He did Ok with Bama being a football school. Took us to our only elite 8 and is doing well at NC State. Solid coach that had some issues and left.

Ok calm down everyone. The carolina fan on here needs to shut the frick up, cause it took a Carl Hess like moment to beat NC State in the ACC tournament. Carolina only dominated State once of the three meetings.
What is wrong with Gotfried being excited for his first year back as a coach and taking a team that has been the doormat of the league to the dance? I bet anyone on here money that he makes NC State compete every year that he is a coach in Raleigh. Not "Whine and Cheese" level or "Puke" level, but competing year in and year out.
