I thought they moved Bama up to 9 to cover for a potential SECCG loss, then they could move them down to 10. But turns out, that wasn’t it.

They moved Bama to 9 and ND down to 10 in anticipation of this flip with Miami.

If by "fix" you mean accounting for the fact they played a game and Miami won, OK

I have no problem with Miami getting in over ND. My point is they jumped Bama over ND last week, which didn’t make much sense. Bama didn’t look great against Auburn and ND smoked Stanford. So there wasn’t an obvious reason for Bama to jump ND.

Now, the reason looks to be to put ND at 10 last week so they can swap with Miami, which I’m fine with.

Are you making a case for ND to get in?

if Miami is better and committee thinks head to head is important then ND should not have been ranked higher than Miami to begin with. After all neither played yesterday. They are crooked

No, I’m making a case that the committee was planning this jump last week when the rankings came out. Hence why they moved ND down to 10.

I thought they did this to protect Bama in the event of an SECCG loss, they could just move Bama down to 10 and ND back to 9. But Bama lost and they didn’t move them.
