I'm not gonna sit here and say that Cody should be an All-American or even All-SEC, but you know nothing about football if you are basing his performance on number of tackles.
3-4 nose job isn't to make all the tackles. It would be a better judge to see how many tackles the middle linebackers made rather than him.

Mark Ingram had more TD's than Cody he should have been an All American.

Cody was a masterful strook of genius by Nick. He would never start for any other top SEC team. But for a weaker Bama team he clogs up the middle pretty well against most teams. Florida showed how ineffective he really is. It will be interesting to see how Utah game plans around him. I would guess jut run fast like Florida.

Is there anyone here that thinks they are a better evaluator of talent than Saban or the NFL draft annalists? Not to mention that the kid has played all of 4 years of football, including this year, in his life.

While its entirely possible he wouldn't start for another SEC team because I can't think of another SEC team running a 3-4 off the top of my head its hard to call Bama's defense "weaker" than anyone in the SEC. They are arguably the best D in the nation and Cody is a big part of that.

Well, considering he was offered by Alabama, Auburn, Tennessee, Ole Miss, Southern Miss, and South Florida, and recruited by Miami, Florida State, and West Virginia, I'd say you (again) don't know what you're talking about. Are you serious? We held Florida to 100 yards less than their average. Tebow ran for 0 TDs on several attempts on the goal line. What game were you watching?
They rushed for 265 against LSU and 142 vs. Bama.

I like Cody, he's a monster in the middle. He is perfect to run the 3-4 Defense. But the only thing is, most guys this big eat themselves out of the league.

If Percy Harmin would have played against Bama UF would have put another 20 points on Bama. Harmin played against LSU. All Bama had to do was stop one player "Tebow" and they could not.

That's a risk, but the weight he dropped when Saban is pretty promising. NFL guys can write weight related incentives into a contract.

Harvin didn't play and UF putting up 20 more points with him is speculation.
I guess you know though right since you are an expert on Cody. Most of the NFL scouts and experts that scout for a living say that Cody would go high in the draft this year BUT you must be right about everything huh?

Cody will be a project for some NFL team. Not sure if he will make it or not, time will tell.
