This rivalry is cupcakes compared to some hockey, NFL, baseball, and soccer rivalries.

NFL rivalries are tame compared to CFB ones, most of them are contrived and boring. Even the more interesting and storied ones like GB and Chicago rarely amount to much other than low quality banter.

Greatest rivalry troll ever was the Iron Bowl when Scam Newton was at Auburn and during the pregame warmups the gumps played “Son of a PreacherMan” and “Take the Money and Run” over the PA. Funniest thing ever!!

Why? They are actually a part of the college. College wasn’t intended for “fans”. The fans are the part that has gotten out of control.
