It's exactly what sumlin is doing, but thanks to Saban, LSU has a 12 year head start on A&M. Had Saban gone to A&M in 2000 instead of LSU you guys would still be titty fighting with Ole Miss over which one is closer to relevance.

A&M fans not melting down after the loss to Alabama, for some Ranters, is like dropping trou at the computer, with lotion on hand (literally), getting a good bit of visual candy with fap action, and right before the climax.....BOOM...computer crashes.

You people seem to suffer from "Championship Obsession Syndrome."
Some prefer to be the VERY best at one or two things and to suck hind tit at everything else. Others prefer to be among the very best at absolutely everything.
I (and most Ags) prefer the latter.

People tend to forget about Gerry DiNardo who started bringing back in the big time recruits from in state, gotta give credit where it is due. Gerry Laid the foundation, Saban built the Mansion. Miles dug a moat.

I was acknowledging that LSU has won more national championships than TAMU, while stating that I prefer to be AMONG the best in ALL sports across the board (see the Director's Cup) than to have a few championships in a handful of sports while sucking hind tit at everything else (LSU).
With that being said, the last TAMU national championship was a couple of months ago (Summer 2013). Track & Field.
