No joke, this was actually a fantastically entertaining football game all around.
Lots of chippiness & a metric shitload of monster hits on defense. I really enjoyed it.
The pain of that ending for ole miss fans should be dampened by the fact that they never deserved to be in a situation to win the game in the first place if not for TWO BS calls in the red zone within the last 1:30 of the game

Entertaining game with an ending that will go down with the Immaculate Deflection game as one of the great and bizarre moments in the series.

Ole Miss scored with 4 seconds in regulation to tie & then the player celebrated by crawling through the end zone and cocking his leg like a dog taking a piss.
They got flagged and then missed the long PAT + lost the game that way.
It will undoubtedly be a turkey day classic.

I'm but I'm sorry but that is a fricking bullshite penalty to call...its getting out of hand these refs injecting themselves into these games and affecting the outcome like they did tonight was bullshite...if the celebration is not being directed at the other teams let it fricking go...we saw how bad they were actually being the aggressors each time LSU scored against Arkansas charging our players and actually bumping them a couple of times to keep them from every attempting to celebrate...this rule needs to be done away with...

I get where you are coming from man, but you need to check the history here — two years ago a player did this in the egg bowl & it resulted in a brawl on the field that was so bad the ADs met after the game agreeing that the gesture would not be tolerated in the future.
I get being pumped after a big score, but there’s a line between celebration & knowingly taunting... and then plain stupidity.
I was honestly just pulling for OT + free thanksgiving football as someone having no dog in the fight... but that shite was straight up beautiful.
Also, MSU deserved it. Objectively, they got two chicken shite calls under 1:30 in the redzone. Justice was served.
