he has a roster full of talent at fsu and has done nothing with it. his teams have gotten worse, not better. its been common knowledge since "crab legs" departed. its good you're happy. but, if jimbo leaves, it because they want him to leave, not because he chose to leave. fsu is a plum job and a great coach will be hired. those are facts.

#3 is the wild card.
Did the family support Dad's decision? Did Dad really do his research on the new company or really ever intend to leave? Was the Dad following his own lead or influenced in the process?
Did the new employer get the right guy or damaged goods?

Like I have said before study SEC history.
A lot of the SEC schools will not allow A&M to become Lord of the Manor in Texas.
They didn't invite you to the party to win.
